Day 86: you hold me

Day 85: you know me

Yes, that's me with the bathing cap. Only one of 2 photos in this 100 days of images where I have given m camera to someone else to snap the moment.

Day 84: you renew me

Day 83: you stretch me

you stretch my body and my mind, so I will follow you into the sea.

Day 80: you sense me

Did you know that your consciousness has the ability to change water? When you send your gratitude to water, it's quality improves. When you call water by names or ignore it, it deteriorates; these words are from a book I'm reading 'The True Power of Water' by Masaru Emoto. He's scientifically proven that water responds to music and also the written word (whatever the language).

Day 79: you center me

Day 78: you humble me

waves are the unifying element of the universee

Day 77: you enlighten me

Some people think the planet was made for them. What's with that?

Day 76: you explore me

Day 75: you touch me

you'll find me where the blue meets the blue

Day 74: you teach me

We need to stop treating water as merely a substance and a means of transmitting energy.
We should look at the being of water.

"2005 marked the beginning of the United Nations Decade of Water. It is our individual responsibility to learn all we can about water, the most precious resource on our planet, and to help shift the consciousness through our thoughts, through our words and prayers, and through our commitment to respect each other with love and gratitude. May our understanding of water help bring peace to all humankind."
Masaru Emoto: author of True Power of Water (to name just one of his books).

Day 73: you mesmerize me

I love the sea, I could look at it all day.

I note that sometimes people who live next to the beach with a great view don't go down to the shore line. People without the view embrace a walk along the beach much more. What's with that?

Day 72: you carry me

I am a dot of darkness in a dark place

Day 71: you overwhelm me

Huka Falls, NZ

Day 69: you kiss me

The human body is made of 72% pure water. This is why we feel so at ease in the sea. Our bodies call us to enter its realms, be sheltered by its refreshing hugs and smouldered by its wet kisses. Give in to the scent of salt, the scent of our souls. - Water of life

Day 68: you strengthen me

I swim, therefore I am

Day 67: you circle me

Day 65: you pull me

you pull me in, then spit me out
you pull me down, then lift me high
you pull me up onto a wave, then guide me home again

Day 64: you invade me

Day 62: you spray me

Images of the waterfalls in Milford Sounds. Hundreds cascade down the rocky cliffs and creates a layer of fresh water that sits above the sea water (it rains a lot). The freshness, the purity of the water spray on my face was a shear delight.

Day 61: you mystify me

A lake carries you into recesses of feeling otherwise impenetrable.
- William Wordsworth

Day 60: you feed me

Water is the mother of the vine, The nurse and fountain of fecundity, The adorner and refresher of the world. (Charles Mackay, The Dionysia).

Day 59: you support me

Whenever I travel, my togs are always my faithful companion. These images are of just one pool that has taken my weight, supported me, relaxed me, centered me.

Photos of the pool at my hotel in Bagan, Myanmar, 2012. The government officially changed the English translations of many names dating back to Burma's colonial period, including that of the country itself: "Burma" became "Myanmar"

Day 58: you isolate me

photo taken at East Coast Beach, Singapore

Day 57: you surprise me

you can surprise with your warmth as I step in for a mid winter swim
you can surprise me with your chilly welcome on a day in summer

Day 56: you hide me

I'd like to be under the sea
In an octopus's garden in the shade
He'd let us in, knows where we've been
In his octopus's garden in the shade

We would be warm below the storm
In our little hideaway beneath the waves
Resting our head on the sea bed
In an octopus's garden near a cave

We would sing and dance around
Because we know we can't be found
I'd like to be under the sea
In an octopus's garden in the shade
